Once we have final grades University of Montana* will issue your official transcript. You will receive an update from University of Montana when your transcript is ready, which is typically around 1.5 months after the program end. You will need to order it directly, and you can select e-delivery (which gets delivered within 24 hours), regular mail or express. The cost for regular mail or e-delivery is $10. When ordering your transcript be ready to provide the university address (or email for e-copies), which is typically your study abroad office or registrar's office. We will provide more detailed instructions at the end of your program.
*Note a few exceptions: 1) If you indicated you do not need/want a transcript, or 2) in some cases your home university accepts a grade report from us, instead of the University of Montana transcript. In that case we coordinate with your university directly and you will not receive any emails from University of Montana.
