Event Booking FAQs

We have put together answers to some of the most common questions about registering for an event. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

What happens after I book an event?

You will receive a confirmation email 5-10 minutes after booking. Please add SRAS@heiapply.com to your contacts to make sure the email does not end up in a spam filter or "promotions" folder on Gmail. If you do not receive the confirmation email and have checked your spam filter, etc, reach out to us to make sure we received your registration.

You will receive a reminder email about two days prior to the event. It will include Zoom information.

Can I book an event on behalf of my friends?

We ask that you only register yourself, and send your friend(s) the link to register themselves, so that we know each registrant is committed to attending.

Can I join a waitlist for an event that is fully booked?

Yes, contact us and we will put you on a waiting list and we will contact you if a spot frees up.

Will more events be added?

Yes! We regularly update our events page so be sure to check back frequently. Do you have ideas for other events you would like to see? Contact us! We love to hear suggestions.
