Terms and Conditions of Application Submission

1. Course payment

- Unless stated otherwise, payment is due in full to confirm enrollment.

- In cases where a deposit is required, it is non-refundable and required to confirm enrollment. Full payment is then due by the enrollment deadline for that course.

2. Cancellation policies

2a. In the event that a course is cancelled by SRAS due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, all fees paid will be refunded (including any deposit). SRAS will alert enrollees to any change to course status one week prior to start date.

2b. Full refund within 24 hours of purchase or up to a week in advance of the class, less deposit (where required).

3. Privacy and sharing of information

3a. We share information from your application to our partners/host institutions delivering courses and supporting activities on a "need-to-know" basis only for purposes of conducting the course.

3b. Recording of online classes takes for specific purposes.

- Review and improvement of course delivery

- Classes and activities are posted for limited access to participants in the course, during the course. This is to accommodate missed sessions and review.

- Recorded material will not be used for promotional purposes without the written consent of those present in the recording.
